Dear Mr. Boston,

The Black Teacher Project recently invited you to take part in a survey
about your experiences. I=E2=80=99m reaching out not just as a researcher, =
but as
someone deeply invested in the experiences of Black teachers. A former K-12
teacher, I know firsthand that teaching brings both incredible joy and
unique challenges. Understanding these experiences will provide great
insights into how to support the teachers our students deserve.

I=E2=80=99m inviting you to take part in a short survey (10=E2=80=9315 minu=
tes) about your
experiences in the Black Teacher Project (BTP). This study will focus on
the ways that affinity groups like BTP shape who we are as educators and
how we show up in this profession.

Your participation is completely voluntary, and your responses will remain
confidential. As a small thank you, you=E2=80=99ll also have the chance to =
enter a
drawing for one of fifteen $20 Amazon gift cards.
