Cuando era peque=C3=B1a, si me preguntaban qu=C3=A9 quer=C3=ADa ser de mayo=
r, yo respond=C3=ADa: feliz.
Los adultos, con sus mierdas y sus cansancios, sus miedos, frustraciones y =
derrotas, se sonre=C3=ADan y me miraban con una cara de =E2=80=9Cay angelit=
o, ya ver=C3=A1s, ya=E2=80=9D. Entend=C3=AD que esa no era una respuesta v=
=C3=A1lida y que ten=C3=ADa que encontrar otra que despertase la admiraci=
=C3=B3n del adulto. Empec=C3=A9 a responder: =C2=A1veterinaria! Eso daba mu=
cha m=C3=A1s tranquilidad a la mayor=C3=ADa, aunque me segu=C3=AD encontran=
do con personas que, entornando los ojos, me dec=C3=ADan: mucha sangre ah=
=C3=AD eh=E2=80=A6
Desarroll=C3=A9 un plan secreto en mi interior. Vosotros decid lo que quer=
=C3=A1is. Poned la cara que quer=C3=A1is. Eso es lo que quiero y voy a mont=
arme un mundo a medida para que eso sea as=C3=AD.
Si me encontrase hoy con esa ni=C3=B1a de 7 a=C3=B1os, joder, me la com=C3=
=ADa a besos. Mi ni=C3=B1a bonita, claro que s=C3=AD.
Como ves, he estado d=C3=A1ndole vueltas a esto desde=E2=80=A6 Bueno, desde=
siempre. Incluso empec=C3=A9 unas entrevistas que estuve publicando en for=
mato audio, las Historias del {bien}vivir.
He probado de todo, he hecho mucho ensayo y error, me he ilusionado pensand=
o que hab=C3=ADa encontrado el camino, para darme cuenta de que ay nonono, =
por aqu=C3=AD no y tener que dar media vuelta. As=C3=AD, poco a poco, entre=
bocetos y decisiones tomadas sobre la marcha, he ido dibujando un dec=C3=
=A1logo de vida. Un manual =C3=ADntimo, casi paso a paso, para la felicidad=
; para construir el mundo a medida que deseaba de peque=C3=B1a.
Tener un prop=C3=B3sito de vida. O por lo menos tener proyectos en la vida =
que te ilusionen hasta rebentar. Comer bien. Que te d=C3=A9 el sol. Rodeart=
e de gente interesante que te supere en todo, de los que aprendas mucho y c=
on los que te r=C3=ADas mucho. La m=C3=BAsica, a todas horas, de mil manera=
s, a todo volumen. Tener un cuerpo sano. Leer mucho. Viajar mucho. Emociona=
rte mucho. Sentir mucho. Saber por qu=C3=A9 te emocionas y sientes tanto. S=
aber que todo esto vale la pena. Compartirlo y ser generoso con los dem=C3=
=A1s, tambi=C3=A9n con los que no conoces de nada.
Estas son algunas de las cosas que s=C3=AD o s=C3=AD est=C3=A1n incluidas e=
n este mundo a medida que me estoy construyendo. Es un mundo en el que no c=
abe todo el mundo, lo siento. Pero la puerta est=C3=A1 abierta, puedes form=
ar parte de =C3=A9l solo si respetas las normas. Bueno. La norma. S=C3=B3lo=
hay una. Tienes que venir con la voluntad de dar mucho m=C3=A1s de lo que =
recibes. Solo as=C3=AD tendr=C3=A1s cabida y s=C3=B3lo as=C3=AD te dar=C3=
=A1s cuenta de que, en realidad, te llevas mucho m=C3=A1s de lo que has dad=
o.
Hoy es mi cumplea=C3=B1os. Y ando sensible con esto de la edad, siempre me =
pasa las semanas antes de mi cumple. Le doy vueltas a la vida que llevo y q=
u=C3=A9 es lo importante. Repaso los fundamentos de este mundo m=C3=ADo y r=
eviso si todo est=C3=A1 bien, qu=C3=A9 hay que reparar, qu=C3=A9 hay que re=
decorar, a qu=C3=A9 hay que sacarle brillo.
Quiz=C3=A1s no es casualidad que a principios de a=C3=B1o empezara un progr=
ama de seis semanas y que lo haya terminado justo ahora, que empieza mi a=
=C3=B1o de verdad. Un programa con el que he estado trabajando doce esferas=
fundamentales de la vida (desde la salud y el bienestar f=C3=ADsico hasta =
la vida espiritual, pasando por la carrera profesional, el car=C3=A1cter m=
=C3=A1s =C3=ADntimo o las finanzas).
Comparto contigo algunas de las cosas que he escrito en mi lifebook, quiz=
=C3=A1s te inspira a escribir tu propio dec=C3=A1logo vital.
Cuidar la energ=C3=ADa como el recurso m=C3=A1s valioso. Escucha tu intuici=
=C3=B3n cuando te dice aqu=C3=AD no, aqu=C3=AD te drenas, ah=C3=AD no es. S=
ituaciones, personas, proyectos=E2=80=A6 Si sientes que es un no, ser=C3=A1=
un no por mucho que lo alargues.
Escuchar el cuerpo antes de que grite. Comer rico, moverse mucho, dormir m=
=C3=A1s, parar cuando toca. Nutrici=C3=B3n antes que nada. Entender que el =
cuerpo siempre avisa y que atenderlo a tiempo es una forma de respeto.
Rod=C3=A9ate de personas m=C3=A1s interesantes que t=C3=BA. Participa, cons=
truye y sost=C3=A9n espacios donde compartir, aprender y contribuir; rod=C3=
=A9ate de personas buenas y personas interesantes, donde cada uno aporta de=
sde lo que es y lo que sabe, y donde el bien com=C3=BAn importa tanto como =
el individual. Camina con personas buenas, =C3=ADntegras, curiosas, generos=
as y con ganas reales de crecer.
Busca la belleza en todo, cr=C3=A9ala en todo lo que puedas. En lo que hace=
s, en c=C3=B3mo miras, en d=C3=B3nde vas y en c=C3=B3mo cuidas los detalles=
=2E La belleza como forma de estar en e=
l mundo: de elevar lo cotidiano y de d=
ejar los lugares (y a las personas) un poco mejor de lo que los encontraste=
=2E Elegir bonito como punto de partida=
, como criterio de base: mejor poco bu=
eno que malo abundante.
Vivir con prop=C3=B3sito, no por inercia. Responsabil=C3=ADzate de tu vida,=
de tus decisiones, del impacto que tienen en los dem=C3=A1s. Entr=C3=A9gat=
e con todo a lo que vale la pena y no te dejes ni un poquito por el que dir=
=C3=A1n. Los fr=C3=ADos, los equidistantes, los flojos, bien lejos. Ser apa=
sionado o no ser.
No s=C3=A9 si este dec=C3=A1logo es definitivo. Probablemente no. S=C3=A9 q=
ue ir=C3=A1 cambiando, afin=C3=A1ndose, puli=C3=A9ndose con los a=C3=B1os, =
como todo lo que est=C3=A1 vivo.
Pero hoy es el que me sostiene. El que me ordena. El que me recuerda qui=C3=
=A9n soy cuando me distraigo, cuando me canso, cuando estoy triste o cuando=
dudo. No es una meta, es una manera de caminar. Una forma de estar en el m=
undo con los ojos abiertos y el coraz=C3=B3n implicado.
Si algo de todo esto te resuena, quiz=C3=A1 no sea casualidad. Tal vez tamb=
i=C3=A9n t=C3=BA est=C3=A9s en ese punto de volver a lo esencial. Ojal=C3=
=A1 te animes a escribir tu propio dec=C3=A1logo vital, sin cumplir expecta=
tivas ajenas, sin pedir permiso, sin esperar aprobaci=C3=B3n =E2=80=9Cdel a=
dulto=E2=80=9D.
Al final, de eso iba todo: de atreverse a vivir la vida que una quiere vivi=
r. Y hacerlo, a ser posible, con diversi=C3=B3n, con belleza, con prop=C3=
=B3sito y con mucha verdad.
