Good morning all,

Look forward to seeing you via zoom shortly (at 11am).  Just as a reminder:
the purpose of our time for this discussion is to start a conversation on
how we can - or if we should - more intentionally collaborate in the high
school space.  A couple of things to consider for our time:

   - What do each of us currently offer in HS?  (e.g., programming,
   courses, etc.)
   - Do we/can we collaborate across high schools to ensure students have
   access to certain offerings?  If we want to do that, what would need to be
   true to do so?  Do we have any examples of that happening right now?
   - Is this worth pursuing and how quickly can we move?  In my head, this
   is for 2026-27 SY and beyond.

In terms of our time, I expect a likely output from this initial meeting
will be the need to actually put on paper (through survey) what each HS
currently offers and the willingness to move this forward (which we think
is there, but never want to assume!).
